Refund Policy

Each product is crafted with care to meet our highest quality standards.
Due to the nature of oral-care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund, email support@thenevora.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo/video proof of the damage.
Our care team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed only to the original method of payment.
